Common problems and solutions 1：Q:Why I can not open the switch? A:You need to press the switch haredly for 3 seconds. If you just lightly click on the switch, it may not open. 2：Q:Why when I turn on the four/Two switches at the same time,but then the four/two switches go out immediately？ A:This is because the output of your power bank is too small to start the four/two switches at the same time. You need to change a higer output power bank, the four/two switches can be turned on at the same time with high output power bank. If you do not have a higher output power bank now, you can directly connect the charging head of your mobile phone charger to test the switches. 3:Q:Why I did not feel warm enough? A:The output power determines the heated temperature , not the capacity of the power bank. The higher the output power, the higher the heating temperature.
